Ombdi Wellness was created for and by trauma survivors. So we understand the importance of moving with care and awareness. We know that every individual or group we work with will carry their own set of stories , triggers and wounding. We priortize working with as much sensitivity around our clients pain points, taking into consideration the various intersections of peoples experience, effected by their gender, racial identity, class and access needs .

All our healing and creative spaces foster an etos of returning to the homebody. Many people live in chronic disassociation from the body, as it’s often the site of our pain. But we also know it’s the site of so much more, like our joy, creativity and love. Ombdi creates gentle pathways for our clients to find deeper somatic awareness and connection to their bodies.

We know that getting an honest yet supportive mirror can be challenging, we are deeply committed to offering our clients a portal into their own reflections. As coaches and facilitators we offer a mirror and tools to support you in reaching your goals and intentions. We will refine the mirror and the toolkit until you can see yourself and the pathway more clearly.

You are in the drivers seat, we are simply your co-pilot.
