1 : 1 Creative Life Coaching

This 1 : 1 offering is a co-creative trauma informed space for you to find support, motivation, guidance and accountability around all things life, creativity and healing.

 Life, living and survival are innately creative, and our work together will be dedicated to cultivating creative solutions to life's challenges. All your parts, stories, ideas, challenges and dreams are welcome at this table , it's up to you what you wish to bring to the table for us to work through together. This could be anything from relationship and career challenges, developing self trust and self care practices , cultivating creativity, and working through blockages around creative projects etc. You read more about the logistics and pricing below :

Schedule a discovery call (30 min). In this call we will:

• Get to know each other

• Discuss what you want out of coaching

• Briefly map out how we could get you there

• Talk about pricing, process, logistics, clarity session and packages.

If you decide to book a Clarity Session (75 min). In this session we will :

• Dive deeper into what rituals around creating and composting you wish cultivate

• Explore significant blockages/issues

• Get more insight about inspiration, dreams and goals 

• Experience how we work together

• Home-play & Home-work tasks

• Consider whether you’d like to work together

If working together feels great for both of us! We start three months of coaching:

• We will meet virtually weekly - each session will be 1 hour long (12 sessions)

• We understand that life happens, so if either of us can't make it for a session, Ombdi Wellness offers flexibility to reschedule within 24 hours prior notice . 

• Look at our sliding scale graphic on the website, to figure which package aligns with your financial circumstance . 

• You will choose from a monthly payment plan or pay upfront for the 12 sessions

• Sessions will be tailored for you, based on what we discuss in our Clarity session, you are in the drivers seat,  I'm simply your co-pilot offering you tools and guidance

• In our sessions we will create a creative and holistic toolkit that you can reach into when ever you need to 

• I will email you key take aways so you can really sit with what we explored

• And you will have a google drive folder where you can add photos, videos, explorations for us to go through in each session

• Bring your full self to sessions, all of you is welcome here, whether you are tired or inspired , our sessions are a place for you to rest and reset !

After the first 3 months, you may want to:

• Continue with weekly  sessions with the same level of support

• Choose another package, for clients I've built an existing relationship with, we can move to bimonthly sessions, or monthly sessions, based on what your needs are.

• Part ways, knowing that you can book a session at any time

12 x 60 min weekly sessions - 3 month package

Bottle 3 - Accessible rate : £1200 ( 60 min weekly sessions x 12)

We offer a payment plan for those who cannot pay the upfront amount . Please email us if you need to pay monthly - Which will be 3 installments of £400 paid of the beginning of each month .

Bottle 2 - Standard rate : £1680 ( 60 min weekly sessions x 12)

Bottle 1 - Wealth-sharing rate : £2400 ( 60 min weekly sessions x 12) - For those of you with wealth privilege, choosing this option will directly support Ombdi’s commitment to offering accessible and equitable support for marginalized communities.
